Secure Packaging
Place the unused product back into its original box with all protective seals intact to ensure it is not damaged during the reverse transit.
Handover and Refund
Once our courier partner picks up the shipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days following a final warehouse inspection.
